A new fire is burning south of the Valley, fire officials say.
The 41-acre "Junction Fire" broke out Sunday evening near US 60 and the connecting ramp to SR 79, according to Arizona State Forestry officials.
Firefighters say the fire is wind-driven and moving east. As of 9:30 p.m., forestry officials said the fire is near full containment.
The cause is under investigation.
