U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers seized more than 17 pounds of heroin hidden in a car bumper June 8.
According to the CBP, officers arrested a 27-year-old man at the Dennis DeConcini crossing.
The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations has the suspect in custody and will continue the investigation.
