The Arizona Department of Public Safety is investigating a deadly wrong-way crash near Tonopah on the I-10.
DPS says a car carrying three people was hit head-on by a wrong-way driver late Friday night. Two women in the car that was hit were killed, and another is in critical condition. The driver of the wrong-way car was killed as well.Tonopah.
ADOT said the crash closed the westbound lanes of I-10 and traffic would be rerouted, roads were reopened near Tonopah at milepost 95 come Saturday morning around 5:30 a.m.
No other information was immediately available.
