A woman is accused of driving the wrong way on a Valley highway before being pulled over by Maricopa County Sheriff's deputies.
Early Wednesday morning, Wickenburg police received reports of a car heading westbound in the eastbound lanes on US 60 near Morristown.
Deputies were able to safely stop the driver, later identified as 31-year-old Victoria Paloma, and she has since been charged with aggravated DUI.
A DPS spokesman credited MCSO and Wickenburg officers with stopping the vehicle before any injuries or crashes occurred.
