A small plane has crashed northwest of Wickenburg.
The Federal Aviation Administration said a single-engine Cirrus SR22 crashed around 11:40 a.m. on Tuesday, 24 miles northwest of Wickenburg.
Two people were on board the plane at the time of the crash.
According to the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office, one of the occupants was flown from the scene to a Phoenix-area hospital for treatment. The second person did not require medical treatment, deputies said.
