Authorities in Yuma have released the names of two people found dead after an apparent murder-suicide, one of those individuals was a firefighter with the Rural/Metro Fire Department in the Valley.
Yuma County Sheriff's officials were called out to a residence on Feb. 21 about two people found dead. When deputies arrived on scene, they found a man and woman both deceased and with gunshot wounds.
Sheriff's officials on Tuesday announced that 35-year-old Sean Snyder, of Tempe, sustained multiple gunshot wounds resulting in his death. They say 39-year-old Anisha Herrera-Manchatta, of Yuma, sustained a single gunshot wound resulting in her death.
Snyder was laid to rest on Saturday in Somerton, AZ. A GoFundMe account has been set up by friends and family members in his name with funds helping pay for the man's funeral expenses and also to help support his daughter.

Sheriff's officials say the case is being investigated as a murder-suicide. A possible motive hasn't been released.
