A Marine stationed at Marine Corps Air Station in Yuma was taken into custody on Tuesday morning.
Cpl. Eric Johnson was taken into custody by the US Marshal Service at the North Gate of the instillation at 6:30 a.m.
A warrant was issued for his involvement to an alleged shooting in Denton, Texas that killed a 20-year-old student.
