A collision in Anthem involving a pedestrian turned fatal on Saturday evening, officials told ABC15.
According to the Daisy Mountain Fire Department, the collision happened on Hastings and Hidden Treasure ways.
The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office is investigating the incident and told ABC15 that the pedestrian, an older man, was pronounced dead at the scene.

No other information is currently available.
MCSO is looking into any factors that may have played a role in the incident, including speed or alcohol, but said they were in the early stages of the investigation.
Hastings Way has been closed from Daisy Mountain Drive to Liberty Bell Way, according to the Maricopa County Department of Transportation.
