The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office says a suspect has been detained after a deadly shooting in Fountain Hills Monday morning.
According to MCSO, around 10 a.m., deputies responded to a home near Palisades and Saguaro boulevards for a report of unknown trouble.
After they arrived on the scene, deputies located a man who had been shot and was later pronounced dead.
A suspect and a witness to the crime were detained at the home.
Officials say detectives are investigating this case as a "domestic violence homicide" and there are no suspects outstanding.
This is an isolated incident and there is no concern to public safety, officials said.
The victim has not been identified at this time.
