SCOTTSDALE, AZ — A $10,000 reward is being offered to the person who finds a missing combat veteran from Scottsdale.
Bill Pulte, the CEO of Pulte Capital & Blight Authority, is offering the reward to help find 37-year-old Jesse Conger.

Jesse was last seen August 14. He is 6 feet 3 inches tall, 200 pounds, has several tattoos and bright blue eyes.
He left without his wallet, identification, phone and service dog. He drives a silver Toyota with Nevada plate number: 696G03.
Friends and family say Jesse suffers from PTSD and depression and may be headed to Mexico or taking the back roads to Lees Ferry at the Utah/Arizona border.
Anyone with information is urged to call police.
