SCOTTSDALE, AZ — Authorities say a young child has been taken to the hospital after being found in a pool Wednesday night.
The Scottsdale Fire Department responded to a home near 124th Street and Shea Boulevard around 6:45 p.m.
Firefighters say the 2-year-old was out of the pool when they arrived and family members had started CPR.
The child was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
A fire department spokesman said the incident was being investigated by Scottsdale police.
