A driver is dead following a crash in Scottsdale on Tuesday night.
The two-vehicle crash happened at 128th Street and Rio Verde Drive around 10:30 p.m.
Scottsdale police said a driver traveling westbound on Rio Verde Drive was attempting to make a u-turn when a driver traveling eastbound crashed into the vehicle.
The eastbound driver was transported to the hospital and died from injuries sustained in the crash.
Impairment does not appear to be a factor at this time.
The name of the driver has not been released.
