SCOTTSDALE, AZ — Scottsdale police have arrested eight more people in connection with the looting and property damage at Scottsdale Fashion Square last month.
Officials say a total of 44 people have been arrested as of June 26.
Of the eight arrested, three were minors.
Police say Brittany Mantz, 27, was arrested for her involvement and is facing charges of trafficking stolen property.
Alex Benjamin Grangroth, 20, was arrested for rioting, burglary, and unlawful assembly.
Also, 19-year-old Devion Gardner-Jones was arrested for trafficking stolen property, possession of stolen property, and misconduct involving weapons. Jones is a prohibited possessor on felony release from jail and was armed with a handgun at the time of his arrest.
Joshua Michael Bosch, 21, and Shavanta Dominique Winfree, 23, were arrested as accomplices of Gardner-Jones. The pair was arrested for trafficking stolen property.
A juvenile male was arrested for burglary and possession of stolen property, and officers were able to recover stolen items during the arrest.
A juvenile male and female were also arrested and charged with trafficking stolen property and theft. Stolen items were recovered during their arrests.
The investigation is ongoing, and Scottsdale police say they are continuing to actively follow up on evidence, tips and information.
