SCOTTSDALE, AZ — A teen has died after he was shot at a home in Scottsdale, police said in a tweet Friday.
The Scottsdale Police Department also said in its tweet that there was "no threat to the surrounding area."
Update on the shooting at 112th Pl and Poinsettia.** The juvenile male victim has died as a result of his gunshot wound. No outstanding suspects. The investigation is still ongoing.

The incident happened at a home near 112th Place and Poinsettia Drive, police said.
The age of the male hasn't been released.
Police have not said if there was a suspect in custody or who shot the teen. Police did say it does not appear to be a suicide.
