SCOTTSDALE, AZ — Police are investigating a deadly shooting in Scottsdale that happened Tuesday afternoon.
Officers were called to a home near Loop 101 and Cactus Road around 4 p.m.
The adult victim has died. This is now a homicide investigation. Updates will be provided as they become available.

Police say the incident is contained to one home and there is no current threat to the surrounding area.
