Two students OK after school bus crash in Scottsdale

Two students are okay after their school bus was involved in a crash in Scottsdale on Friday afternoon.

The crash involving a motorcyclist happened at 74th Street and McKellips Road around 3:00 p.m.

Scottsdale police said a Tempe School District bus was carrying two students at the time of the crash. Neither of the students were injured. 

A spokesperson for Tempe Unified School District said parents were notified of the crash, and are heading to the scene to pick up the students. 

The motorcyclist was transported to the hospital with possible life-threatening injuries. 

McKellips Road is closed in both directions from Scottsdale to Miller roads.
