Authorities say a Kingman man has been accused of first-degree murder after allegedly confessing to the killing.
Mohave County Sheriff's officials say 62-year-old detectives arrested Richard Polaski on Tuesday afternoon.
Polaski was visiting Laughlin, Nevada and was contacted by casino security and later the Metro Police Department during a medical emergency.
Authorities say Polaski confessed to a homicide and named the location to be in Kingman.
Sheriff's officials say Polaski was transported to a Bullhead City hospital and provided a statement to detectives about the homicide.
He was arrested after being released from the hospital and then transported to the Mohave County Jail.
Sheriff's officials say detectives identified the homicide scene and served a search warrant at the location, where evidence was seized.
No case details were immediately released Friday.
