Interstate 17 southbound has fully reopened after closing down near Bumble Bee after a collision occurred on the roadways that ejected five people from a vehicle.
According to the Daisy Mountain Fire Department, a single vehicle rolled over; the car was carrying five individuals who were all thrown from the vehicle. All were critically injured. Three were flown out of the area to hospitals.
I-17 was closed at milepost 248. The collision happened near Bumble Bee.
