CROWN KING, AZ — Authorities say aircraft are the primary resource working to get a handle on a fire that sparked Monday near Crown King.
Called the Mill Fire, Bureau of Land Management officials estimate the fire is 150+ acres in "rough and remote" terrain with little road access.
As of Wednesday evening, officials say the fire is 75% contained.
The fire started in an area just south of the Prescott National Forest.
No structures were immediately threatened, though BLM spokesperson Dolores Garcia said the fire had the potential to move into an area with buildings present.
