A Prescott intruder was arrested over the weekend after a woman found him asleep with her in her bed.
According to Prescott Police Department, the suspect, identified as 33-year-old Casey Kirkland, entered the woman's home through an unlocked front door.
The victim told police that the unknown man took of his shoes at the door, went upstairs, moved her laptop from the bed, removed his pants and got into bed with her.
Police believe alcohol was involved and that the victim did not give Kirkland permission to be at her home.
Kirkland was found asleep in the woman's bed, arrested and taken to the Yavapai County Jail where he was booked for trespassing.
