A suspect has been arrested in a bomb threat case last year at a Home Depot store in Prescott Valley.
City police announced Wednesday that 58-year-old Marty Simmers has been booked into the Yavapai County Jail on suspicion of terrorism, hoax and other charges.
It's unclear if Simmers has an attorney yet, but police say he's denied involvement in the Nov. 30 incident.
A man entered a Home Depot that morning and reportedly made a bomb threat before leaving.
Police evacuated the store and surrounding businesses for five hours after a bomb-like device was found that turned out to be fake.
Authorities say Simmers was stopped on Jan. 9 for driving on a suspended license and a search of his truck turned up evidence that connected him to the case.
