Phoenix police say a golf cart rolled over its passenger early Saturday morning.
Police responded to the area of 24th and Washington Streets for a vehicle rollover.
They arrived around 2:30 a.m. Saturday to discover a utility style golf cart had rolled over a 62-year-old man.
According to police, the passenger was transported to the hospital where he later died of his injuries.
The driver, a 42-year-old male, did not suffer any serious injuries.
Police say impairment is not a factor and criminal charges will not be filed.
