An internet personality said he was the target of a prank bomb threat that led to his removal from an American Airlines flight.

Paul Denino, who broadcasts his life live online, said someone "swatted" him, a term referred to a prank call that brings out a SWAT team.

Someone posing as Denino reported that he had a bomb aboard flight 583 from Los Angeles to Phoenix Thursday night, Denino said.

Police boarded the plane after it landed in Phoenix and took Denino and another internet broadcaster, Halie, off the plane.

Halie asked to only be identified by her first name.

Denino did not know the identity of the "troll" who swatted him, he said.

Denino said the FBI questioned him and released him. He and Halie spoke exclusively with ABC 15 after the incident.

"The [prankster] troll was trying to just affect me, but he ended up affecting every single person on the plane," Denino said.

"I just can't help but feel really bad for all those people."

After Denino and Halie were off the plane, it went to the gate where the rest of the passengers went on with their evening.
