PHOENIX — The City of Phoenix will have to vote again on whether or not to raise fees for rideshare companies at Sky Harbor.
Due to an administrative error, a portion of an “aviation item” wasn’t posted on the city website 60 days in advance, which is required by state law, according to a city official.
Since then, the rate increase has been formally posted and the proposal will be formally considered again at a December 18 meeting.
So far there has been no indication that council members will change their vote. The rate change originally passed by a 7-2 margin.
