Officials are investigating after a collision turned deadly in Phoenix early Sunday morning.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, one person died in a crash on Loop 101 and 23rd Avenue.
DPS says a car traveling westbound on Loop 101 hit a concrete barrier and caught on fire.
