The Department of Public Safety is looking for a driver who ran away from the scene of a crash on foot near the I-17 southbound transition ramp to the I-10 westbound.
DPS says they also had to clean up at least 100 rolls of toilet paper that looked to have been spread in the area as part of the crash.
The I-17 southbound ramp to the I-10 westbound was closed for several hours because of the crash but has since reopened.
No injuries have been reported as part of the crash.
