A wrong-way driver was stopped by police in Phoenix early Wednesday morning.
A vehicle was first seen traveling in the wrong direction on Loop 202 near 44th Street before it was eventually located and stopped near 3rd and Oak streets.
ABC15 crews at the scene saw a woman who was behind the wheel taking a sobriety test with officers. DPS later identified her as 24-year-old Yvonne Cruz.
Cruz was booked on three counts of endangerment as well as multiple DUI charges, including extreme DUI.
