PHOENIX — A driver has been arrested after allegedly ramming a Phoenix police patrol car and fleeing from the scene.
According to Phoenix police, officers briefly pursued a suspect's vehicle after the driver rammed a patrol car with their vehicle.
The driver and passenger fled from the suspect's vehicle near 7th Avenue and Roosevelt Street. Police took the passenger into custody and conducted a search for the driver in the area.
After a brief search, police said the driver was found and taken into custody. There are no outstanding suspects at this time, police say.
An investigation is underway.
