A man is dead after a crash along the Interstate 17 frontage road at Glendale Avenue on Thursday morning.
Phoenix police said at 1:40 a.m., a driver was traveling northbound on the frontage road when he lost control of his vehicle. The vehicle hit another car before hitting several parked cars and a brick wall.
The driver and the passenger were taken to the hospital. The passenger was pronounced dead at the hospital. The driver has non-life threatening injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
