Officials are investigating after part of an American Airlines plane fell off in Phoenix.
American Airlines said flight 403 from Phoenix to San Francisco returned to Phoenix after part of an engine cowling came loose.
The part was recovered at Phoenix Sky Harbor and no one was injured.
American Airlines has notified the FAA and they are working to see what caused the part to fall off.
The flight arrived in San Francisco after a two hour delay.
