PHOENIX — A funnel cloud was spotted over Phoenix skies on Monday during winter storms.
Parts of north Phoenix and Scottsdale also saw rainfall and hail as severe weather moved through.

ABC15 meteorologists confirmed that a funnel cloud formed in the area north of 32nd Street and Campbell Avenue shortly after 3 p.m.
