The chicken, named "Donny, the Tax March Chicken," made national headlines last week when it appeared in a park near the White House.
Wendy Garcia, a local activist with Indivisible Surprise, said by phone that the chicken was flown to Phoenix a few days ago. She said it would be set up near 3rd and Monroe streets in downtown Phoenix.
"We want to see his tax returns," said Garcia, saying the chicken is a "symbolic reminder" for the president.
