A Valley man accused of trying to lure a minor for sex and ordered to stay away from kids is apparently vacationing this weekend at Disneyland.

ABC15 is investigating to find out who is supposed to be enforcing the judge's orders and the court’s promise to keep an eye on Michael Kaszubowski.

Kaszubowski was arrested by Phoenix police in January. He faces a laundry list of charges with allegations that he sent naked pictures of himself to an undercover officer posing as a 14-year-old girl.

He’s also accused of trying to meet the 14-year-old girl for sex.

Kaszubowski is still waiting for trial and court-ordered pretrial services are supposed to know where he is at times. According to court paperwork, he also has to receive permission if traveling outside the state for pleasure.

This weekend, Maricopa County Superior Court records show that a judge granted Kaszubowski vacation in La Jolla, California. The conditions of that vacation said Kaszubowski is allowed to be in La Jolla from Sept. 29 to Oct. 1.

The court also ordered that he have no contact with minors during that trip and must check-in with pretrial services within 24 hours of arriving back in Arizona.

La Jolla is roughly 90 miles south of Disneyland in Anaheim, California.

ABC15 has contacted Maricopa County Adult Probation to ask if this travel is allowed and if they actually know where Kaszubowski is right now.

A representative from adult probation told ABC15 they’re now looking into the situation. A Phoenix police spokesperson also said ABC15’s tip would be forwarded to investigators.

We also reached out to Kaszobowski's attorney and the woman who posted the picture of the pair at Disneyland. So far, they haven’t returned the request for comment.
