A man and woman are in the hospital after being struck by a vehicle in Phoenix on Friday afternoon.
According to Phoenix fire officials, a man and woman were struck near the I-17 along the Black Canyon access and Osborn roads. Both are in critical condition, officials say.
Phoenix police are investigating.
