Police are investigating after a man was found shot dead along a Phoenix street overnight.
Officers received a call for help after 2 a.m. Tuesday when a passerby reported a man down near 27th Avenue and Montebello.
Police responded to the scene where they found a man who was dead with a gunshot wound.
The incident is under investigation as a homicide.
