PHOENIX — Phoenix police are investigating after officers found a man with a gunshot wound near 15th and Missouri avenues Sunday morning.
Police said officers responded to a shooting call just before noon and found a man with a life-threatening gunshot wound.
He was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Authorities identified the man as 19-year-old Isaac Luis Arechiga.
An investigation is underway to determine what led to the shooting.
Police say 18-year-old Brandon Ortiz was arrested and booked into jail on a second-degree murder charge.
