PHOENIX — Phoenix police are investigating a deadly shooting in a West Valley neighborhood.
The incident occurred around 4 a.m. Wednesday near 43rd Avenue and Camelback Road where there were initial reports of shots fired.
Officers reportedly found a man dead with a gunshot wound outside of a home.
The man was identified as 32-year-old Adrian Cantu Silva.
Officials say a verbal altercation is believed to have happened before the shooting.
A 30-year-old woman was arrested and booked at the Maricopa County Jail. Police say she is facing charges for second-degree murder.
No other details have been released.
