PHOENIX — Fire investigators are working to learn what caused a mobile home fire that left multiple dogs dead Friday morning.
The fire broke out near 40th Street and Baseline Road around 9:30 a.m.
Fire crews say multiple dogs were rescued from the home, but several others, including a new litter of puppies, died.
What led to the fire has not yet been determined, but officials say there were multiple space heaters in the home.
