Police are searching for a suspect after one person was killed and a second was rushed to the hospital in a double shooting in a Phoenix neighborhood.
Police tell ABC15 Ra-Sean Howard, 27, was found dead at the scene near 48th Street and Loop 202 Monday evening.
A second shooting victim drove himself to St. Luke's Hospital, and was then transported to Maricopa County Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
One or more suspects are still on the loose, police say.
