A man has died after he was shot in Phoenix on Wednesday night.
Phoenix police said the shooting happened near 35th Street and Oak at 9:45 p.m.
When officers arrived on the scene they found a 33-year-old man with gunshot injuries in the parking lot.
The victim was taken to the hospital where he died from his injuries.
