PHOENIX — A pedestrian was rushed to the hospital after he was struck by a car in Phoenix Wednesday night.
The intersection of 27th Avenue and Camelback Road is shut down while Phoenix police investigate.

Police say the pedestrian was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
The driver remained on scene. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
