A Phoenix man was reportedly arrested after threatening to kill someone repossessing his girlfriend's car.
In the early morning of Jan. 2, the victim was hooking up a Kia for repossession near 18th Street and McDowell Road when he was confronted by 56-year-old Curtis Graham.
Court documents say that Graham was standing about 15 feet away from the victim when he pointed a revolver at him and threatened to kill him.
Police say the victim released the car and was leaving the home when a bullet came through his rear window on the passenger side, hitting the seat and exiting out the front window.
The victim continued driving to a safe place and called police. When police confronted Graham, he said the shooting was accidental.
Graham is facing charges of aggravated assault and discharging a firearm at a structure.
