Officials are asking for the public’s help to find out who is responsible for beating a 54-year-old man in Phoenix.
Phoenix police said the victim, Timothy Olguin, was beaten so badly he received numerous fractures and head trauma. His ear was also partially ripped off and had to be reattached.
According to police, the 54-year-old was assaulted in a park drainage ditch near Interstate 17 and Camelback Road sometime between December 10 at 7:00 p.m. and December 11 at 10:30 a.m.
Silent Witness released Olguin’s photo in hopes that someone in the area saw him talking or arguing with the suspect(s).
