PHOENIX — A man is in critical condition and another has been detained following a shooting at a Phoenix apartment complex, according to officials.
Police are on the scene of the incident, located near 44th Street and McDowell Road.
The shooting occurred sometime before 4:30 p.m. and police say no other suspects are outstanding.
