A woman suffered second- and third-degree burns Tuesday after she was hit by a UPS semi-truck.
Phoenix Fire Captain Reda Bigler said the woman in her 30s is listed in stable, but serious condition.
The crash happened near 27th Avenue and Encanto.
Air15 video showed a red bike with a bent front wheel underneath the semi's cab.

It is not yet known what circumstances led to the crash. No other details were released.
