Police are investigating after a deadly single-vehicle crash in Phoenix Sunday morning.
Police say officers responded to the area of 7th Avenue and Black Canyon Freeway in response to a suspected intoxicated driver that matched a report earlier in the morning.
According to Phoenix fire officials, the vehicle was found crashed into an electrical pole near 8th Street and Broadway Road before 8 a.m.
Fire officials say the 21-year-old driver who was alone in the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.
No further information was immediately available.
