Police say a suspect fled after shooting a man at his Phoenix home early Monday morning.
According to Phoenix police, the victim answered the door at his home near 36th Street and Thomas Road around 2 a.m. The suspect reportedly asked for the victim by name and after a struggle, shot him.
The victim suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say the suspect fled and has not been located.
