Phoenix police have arrested a man accused of stealing big ticket items from several Valley stores.
Authorities say for the last two months, 51-year-old Kip Rasuch targeted high-end businesses selling eye glasses and cosmetics.
Police used surveillance video to identify Rasuch, who they've dubbed the "Mr. Magoo Bandit.'
When officers searched his home and car, they found the suspected stolen merchandise.
Rausch was taken into custody and booked into jail on five counts of commercial burglary.
