Four people are hospitalized after a crash involving two cars in Phoenix.
The Phoenix Fire Department first received reports about the accident near 71st Avenue and Thomas Road around 2:30 on Tuesday afternoon.
Four people were injured, and two people are being taken to level one trauma facilities, a fire spokesperson said. The two other victims suffered minor injuries.
No additional information about the victims is being released at this time.
Impairment is not believed to have been a factor in the accident, but an investigation is ongoing.
