PHOENIX — Phoenix police have identified the man whose body was set on fire in December near 9th Avenue and Buchanan Street.
On December 1, firefighters extinguished a fire and found the body of 45-year-old Obee Ryan.
Officials released the following sketch to aid in the man's identification.
